Quarter-turn fasteners are used to secure panels and enclosures where quick or frequent access is required. In its simplest form, a quarter-turn fastener consists of a stud and a receptacle. The stud is pushed into the mounted receptacle and turned 90-degrees, locking the stud into place. These fasteners are commonly used to attach access panels on electrical enclosures, computers, automobiles, medical equipment, construction equipment, and industrial enclosures. We offer a choice of quarter-turn studs. Wing-head studs can be operated by hand, whereas slotted-head studs require a screwdriver to be turned. Our selection of quarter-turn receptacles includes riveted, clip-on, snap-in, and side-mount styles. We also stock accessories such as wear washers, ejector springs, and retainers.
