Calibrating & Gaging

 (10 product groups)

We offer an assortment of calibrating and gauging instruments to ensure accurate and precise measurement in a variety of applications. Feeler gauges are a vital tool for checking valve tolerance, point gaps, and other narrow slots. Height gauges use a scriber to mark vertical distances on workpieces prior to machining. Depth gauges measure the depth of holes, counterbores, slots, and other recesses. Thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of sheet metals, pipe, tubing, wire, and other materials. We also carry pressure gauges, screw pitch gauges, telescoping gauges, and gage handles for other precision measuring needs.

Go No Go Gauge Handles

Gauge handles are used to hold plug gauges for go and no-go gauging. The green end holds the go gauge and the red end holds the no-go gauge. We offer both single- and double-edge gauge handles.

Gauge Handle Accessories

We offer an assortment of bushings that are used with our line of gauge handles.

Height Gauges

Height gauges use a scriber to mark vertical distances on workpieces prior to machining.

Depth Gages

Depth gauges measure the depth of holes, counterbores, slots, and other recesses.

Dial Bore Gages

The Mitutoyo standard type bore gage is available in several different inch ranges to measure inside bore diameters with accuracy to .00008”. The bore gage comes with interchangeable anvils to measure different bore diameters with the same gage. A pendulum guide structure permits the  slide of the gage for measurements while a two-point contact system detects geometry anomalies such as ovalness and taper. Large, newly designed grips are easier to hold and reduce heat transfer from the operator for better accuracy. Interchangeable anvils are constructed of alloy steel with carbide-tipped measuring faces for added accuracy and durability.

Thickness Gages

Thickness gauges are used to measure the thickness of sheet metals, pipe, tubing, wire, and other materials.

Pressure Gages

Pressure gauges measure the pressure of gas or liquid. They are critical in the set-up and fine-tuning of fluid power machines to ensure there are no leaks or pressure changes that could affect the operation of hydraulic systems.

Screw Pitch Gages

A screw pitch gauge, also known as a thread pitch gauge, is used to determine the pitch of a thread on a screw or in a tapped hole. This tool saves time by allowing the user to quickly categorize the thread shape and pitch.

Feeler Stocks

Feeler gauges are a vital tool for checking valve tolerance, point gaps, and other narrow slots.

Telescoping Gages

Telescoping gauges are measuring devices used with a micrometer to measure the internal diameter of holes, bores, grooves, slots, etc.
