These workholding products offer a unique modular design for maximum flexibility. The line has a variety of vises, jaw plates, base plates, mounting studs and collet fixtures which allow you to quickly lock parts/fixtures on to machine tables. Users can also achieve repeatable results by virtue of the simple component design. The design allows for various types of top tooling to be interchanged on base plates.

5 Axis Vises

Featuring dovetail and self-centering vises with exceptionally powerful clamping forces. The quick-change jaws incorporate a pull-down feature to actively minimize jaw lift. Low-friction surface treatment improves performance and reduces wear. The leadscrew features rolled trapezoidal threads for superior strength and durability. The adjustable centerline allows for easy recentering.

5 Axis Workholding Accessories

Featuring base plates, vise jaws and mounting studs to transform your workholding fixture to a modular system. The accessories can assist in switching out between various vises and collet fixtures. Vise jaws are available in steel and aluminum forms. Base plates are available in different shapes and sizes. Assembly is extremely simple with minimal tools required.

Collet Fixtures

The fixture provide a simple and low-profile solution for clamping cylindrical workpieces. Standard ER40 collets (not included) can be housed within the fixture. Coller nuts and mounting studs are included.
