1.1 Orders must be received by Reid Supply within the promotion period. Those orders that meet the correct level of spend along with a correct promotion code will be eligible for the reward.
1.2 To receive the discount, the promotion code must be entered on your order, or stated to the Reid Supply customer service representative at the time of order. Orders without promotional codes stated at the time of the order placement will not be eligible for this promotion. Orders that fall below the threshold for the stated reward at the time of order placement will not be eligible for this promotion.
1.3 Orders (exclusive of VAT or other taxes and any delivery charges) must be equal to or over the qualifying amount shown for the promotion to apply, and only one promotion can be used per order.
1.4 This promotion only applies to published list prices at the time of order placement and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
1.5 This promotion is not open to any government employee or public official, nor is it open to the employees of any customer of Reid Supply which has elected to exclude itself and its employees from such promotions.
1.6 Excludes forward, scheduled and export orders. Orders placed with promotion codes cannot be amended, cancelled, exchanged or withdrawn, unless this is due to circumstances for which Reid Supply is responsible or if this would affect your statutory rights.
1.7 Reid Supply will refuse to validate and redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.8 No cash alternatives will be offered in whole or in part in respect of any offer.
1.9 Reid Supply reserves the right to change or withdraw the promotion and to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice but this will not affect any qualifying orders placed before any such change or withdrawal.
1.10 This promotion is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer, discount or rebate. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and Reid Supply’s standard terms and conditions applicable to your order, the standard terms and conditions will prevail.
