These come as one and two piece assemblies. The one piece integrated design eliminates assembly time but cannot be used with ball bearings. The two piece assembly comes with pre-drilled holes for easy installation.

These carriages are low profile and self lubricating and are excellent alternatives to linear ball bearing systems. They dampen vibrations and tolerate shock loads. Corrosion-resistant material. No metal-to-metal contact or rolling elements to trap contamination, skid or damage the rail. Operation is consistent, smooth and quiet. Like the sleeve bearing carriages, these are self lubricating as well. The pillow blocks come in flange and non-flange options.

This two-piece system is easy to assemble. The rail and carriage are made of 6063-T6 Aluminum. Rails are ceramic coated to resist corrosion, repel weld splatter and contaminants. Carraiges have T-slots for nuts and bolts.
