Types of Machine Strap Clamps

Depending on the constraints of the workspace, type of workpiece, and relevant placement of jigs or fixtures, we provide the following types of industrial strap clamps:

Cam strap clamps provide easy grip and strong clamping force in applying downward pressure. However, when open, they may interfere with tight workspaces. Flange nut clamps lie nearly flush with the strap when space is an issue. Knob strap clamps are used in lighter applications but eliminate the need for applying a wrench to open or close the strap, increasing speed of clamping/unclamping.

Flange Nut Machine Strap Clamp Asseblies have a spring loaded stud and cam lever for quick action and high holding pressure. These assemblies are ideal for holding plain surface work where quick movements are required in a restricted space.

Knob Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies

Designed for light-duty clamping, the hand knob eliminates wrenching for faster work changes. Spherical washer allows for clamping irregular surfaces.
