This modular base accepts any Quick-Loc vise or collet fixture with 52 mm stud (JQL-200800) spacing. The simple design helps users achieve fast fixture changes with a repeatability of 0.008 mm. Top fixture can be located and clamped (floating and opposing sealed wedge assembly) to the base plate in a single step when the mounting studs are inserted into the base plate and the clamping screw (Max torque: 30Nm) is tightened.
