Cam Levers

External Thread Cam Levers allow quick fastening or releasing without the use of tools and allow fine adjustments to the clamping action. The slightly arched a handle provides a comfortable grip while the external threaded stud can be easily adjusted.Internal Thread Cam Levers allow quick fastening or unfastening without the use of tools and allow fine adjustments to the clamping action. Releasing the handle disengages the lever for tightening or loosening while the insert or stud remains stationary.

Dial Micrometers

Outside micrometers are used for measuring the thickness or outside diameter of small parts or fittings with high accuracy. Similar in appearance to a C-clamp, the object to be measured is clamped between the anvil (the stationary end of the clamp) and the spindle (the moving part of the clamp). The clamp opens and closes by turning an internal screw. On analog micrometers, measurement is calculated by reading the lines and numbering system that appears on the thimble and sleeve.

Drill Press Vises

Standard Drill Press Vises can be used from three sides to level work quickly with built-in jaw parallels. Widely spaced guide bars permit drilling clear through work and jaw sides are designed to permit accurate drilling from the sides without resetting.

Rotor Magnets

Rotor magnets are an essential part on the electromagnetic and electromechanical applications that drive much of the industrial manufacturing. These magnets are made of Alinico and are offered in 4 and 6 poles.

Jaw Plates

These plates are grooved to be able to hold round parts as well. The plates are also notched for holding parts above base of vise. Smooth on back side. They are accurately machined, hardened and ground.

Bridge Magnets

These magnets offer good corrosion resistance and can be used in welding workshops and as mounting aids for precision accessories.

Cup & Hook Magnets

Cup & Hook Magnets are low profile magnets that are ideal for holding steel doors, hanging signs and lights, mounting antennas, retrieving steel items from tanks, vats, bins and lakes, holding traps in place and many other industrial uses.

Standard Welding Squares

Magnetic Welding Squares are ideal for welders that need fast set-up and accurate holding of steel sheet stock, plate, and tubing. Welding Squares are equipped with through holes for easy mounting.

Button Magnets

Button magnets offer good corrosion resistance and can be used in welding workshops and as mounting aids for precision accessories.

V-Blocks

V-Blocks are attachments to grip-master vises to securely hold round or oval shapes. The hardened and ground steel material can be easily attached and adjusted.

Cylindrical Electromagnets

Cylindrical Electromagnets use a controlled electrical current to control the strength of the magnetic field. These plug-in electromagnets have controlled holding power and on command release.

Magnetic Assemblies

These plates are grooved to be able to hold round parts as well. The plates are also notched for holding parts above base of vise. Smooth on back side. They are accurately machined, hardened and ground. Constructed of plates or channels with magnets sandwiched in between. Ideal for holding heavy parts. Effective holding against shear force.

Horseshoe Magnets

These magnets offer good corrosion resistance and can be used in welding workshops and as mounting aids for precision accessories.

Rectangular Electromagnets

Rectabngular Electromagnets use a controlled electrical current to control the strength of the magnetic field. These plug-in electromagnets have controlled holding power and on command release.

Block Magnets

Due to their tremendously high energy level, rare earth magnets are ideal for miniature applications. Popular applications include wind generation, electric motors, packaging, scientific experiments, design and display.

Pin Vises

Pin vises are tool holding devices that allow small tools to be held in place with positive acting jaws (think mini-chuck) with interchangeability depending on the effective diameters of the tool itself. These pin vises are available in a few varieties, with tapered collets, insulated handles, double ends, and reduced lengths.

5 Axis Vises

Featuring dovetail and self-centering vises with exceptionally powerful clamping forces. The quick-change jaws incorporate a pull-down feature to actively minimize jaw lift. Low-friction surface treatment improves performance and reduces wear. The leadscrew features rolled trapezoidal threads for superior strength and durability. The adjustable centerline allows for easy recentering.

Rigid Couplings

Featuring one-piece clamp, two-piece clamp and set screw styles. Keyed and keyless bores available. Clamp screws are forged and treated with an anti-vibration coating to keep them from loosening.

V-Flange Collet Chucks & Adapters

V-flange collet chucks are used to hold a workpiece or tool by forming a collar around the object to hold it securely in place. Clamping force is applied through a tapered design that uses a sleeve and inner cylindrical surface. Allows self-centering, resistance against loosening, fast-chucking, and steady clamping pressure.

Bar Knobs

Industrial-strength bar knobs can be tightened by hand and further secured by inserting a bar between the four prongs for leverage in heavy clamping applications.

These bar knobs are constructed of malleable iron and available in blank, reamed, or tapped styles. They are ideally used in areas where high pressure is needed and a lever or other clamping device doesn’t fit.

We carry bar knobs in 3/4 inch and 7/8 inch sizes. Find out if bar knobs are right for your application by reading about other knob materials and applications in our knowledge center.

Sleeve Bearing Accessories

Service your square sleeve bearing systems on the go with these accessories! The clamps and bases are made from cast 356-T6 Aluminum for good strength and corrosion resistance.

Work Positioners

Work positioners allow you to move your workpiece to any position, eliminating the need for elaborate setups with clamps, vises, angle plates, etc. Ideal for soldering, welding, brazing, assembly, model making, etc.

4 Arm Prong Knobs

Lobed knobs, also called clamping knobs, have a scalloped edge with four grip points to allow for maximum grip and comfort, even while wearing gloves.

These durable lobed knobs are impact- and chemical-resistant and provide a neat appearance for finished applications that require precision adjustments.

Reid Supply has a wide range of 4-lobed knobs, from plastic knobs to stainless steel and iron in a variety of thread sizes and mounting types.

Tooling Nuts

These check nuts are made of 303 stainless steel or low carbon steel, soft, with a black oxide finish. They can be used in conjunction with many other components such as knurled head screws, torque thumb screws, hand knob assemblies, toggle show clamp assemblies and many other tooling applications.

T Handle Knobs

Our T-handle knobs have steel studs that easily fit into either male- or female-threaded applications, creating an easily gripped knob or handle with an ergonomic design.

The T-handle design provides a strong handhold for quickly adjusting controls or as a kind of lever to open and close equipment.
