Fixture keys are used to locate jigs and fixtures on slotted machine tool tables and position the part to be machined in one operation. Our selection of fixture keys includes block keys and sine keys.
The fixture provide a simple and low-profile solution for clamping cylindrical workpieces. Standard ER40 collets (not included) can be housed within the fixture. Coller nuts and mounting studs are included.
Fixture jacks are a positive locking jack for irregular clamping to achieve various heights requiring a positive pressure stop. They are adjustable to fit height irregularities of milling operations.
Built to reduce design and detail time, CMM fixture blocks and plates provide a work base with a combination of standard size mounting holes for positioning.
Quick change fixture mounting systems provide fast installation with precise location to help reduce setup and changeover times. We offer quick change liners, bushings, shanks, and repair kits.
Woodruff keys are shaped like a half circle and used to lock gears and pulleys to the drive shafts of machine tools and engines. The round edge of the key is designed to fit into the keyseat, which is a curved pocket on the shaft. The flat edge of the key remains exposed and fits into the keyway, which is a rectangular groove in the gear or pulley.
A keyed shaft works in unison with a rotating machine element to transmit torque to power transmission components. Available in various key sizes and diameters.
Tool and key retractors are useful for securing small tools to prevent them from getting lost when not in use. By keeping essential tools close at hand, they also keep workspaces organized and efficient. We offer retractors with stainless steel chain or Kevlar cords that can be affixed to a surface using mounting brackets or a threaded stud mount.
Quickly repair stripped, damaged or worn out threads with a new stronger thread using keylocking inserts. Keylocking inserts are easily installed using standard drills and taps. Once the locking keys are driven down, the insert is tightly locked and will not turn. Steel inserts are C1215, parkerized. Stainless inserts are 303, passivated. Internal threads are class 2B, external threads are 2A. Inserts with internal thread size 5⁄16 or M7 and larger have four locking keys. Smaller sizes have two locking keys. Solid inserts allow you to relocate or fill in holes that are too large. All the inserts listed are in stock for same day shipment.
Keystock is used to transmit torque from a shaft to a specific component. Size is clearly marked on each bar.

We offer chuck jaw and nut kits, as well as chuck keys, leashes, and wrenches.
Featuring one-piece clamp, two-piece clamp and set screw styles. Keyed and keyless bores available. Clamp screws are forged and treated with an anti-vibration coating to keep them from loosening.
Adjustable locating screws are used with locating pins to accurately position workpieces in jigs and fixtures.
Clamp rest pads can be used as hardened work rests or as wear plates on your jigs and fixtures.
Cam Machine Strap Clamp Assemblies have a spring loaded stud and cam lever for quick action and high holding pressure. Plain Grip Machine Strap Clamps reach over the work piece and hold it in place for maximum pressure. These clamps are available machined from solid bar stock or tempered steel with a varnished finish.
Cam Handle Edge Clamps lock positively at any position within its 180 degree turn to hold parts that vary slightly in dimensions. The clamp jaw pivots forward and downward simultaneously when the handle is turned to hold the work piece securely to the table.
ID Expansion Clamps are excellent for palletized setups in secondary operations on lathe parts. These clamps are made of mild steel for machinability to size on lathe or mill and allow more parts per work cube or fixture plate.
Available in stainless steel and low carbon steel with black oxide finish. Broad range of lengths and thread sizes to choose from.
Edge and Toe Clamps provide positive down force while using very little space on a fixture.
Flange Nut Machine Strap Clamp Asseblies have a spring loaded stud and cam lever for quick action and high holding pressure. These assemblies are ideal for holding plain surface work where quick movements are required in a restricted space.
Knife Cam Edge Clamps can be used for clamping rough cut stock, castings and any material that requires a hardened clamping element.
Cam Handles also called Cam Levers, are used for clamping force that can lock at any position within its 180 degree turn to hold parts that vary slightly in dimensions. The clamp jaw pivots forward and downward simultaneously when the handle is turned to hold the work piece securely to the table.
Hook Clamp Assemblies are ideal for use on jig and fixture quick build systems to generate holding power in close quarters with direct downward clamping force. The hook clamp easily swings out of the way for unloading once released.
Hardened and ground Wedge Clamps can product holding forces over 19,000 lbs. The cross-wedge construction allows the clamp to lock firmly in every direction as it is tightened down. Wedge Clamps are available with single or double wedge.
